Graduate Teaching Assistant

Michael is a Master’s Student in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Georgia. He graduated from UGA with a B.A. in Linguistics, a B.A. in Classics, and minors in Italian, Latin, and Classical Culture. Michael's research interests lie at the nexus of Syntax, Human Sentence Processing, and Computational Linguistics.

Michael is currently conducting research with faculty members from the University of Georgia  and University of Alabama. Michael also works as a Research Assistant in the Digital Humanities (DIGI) Lab at UGA, as well as contributing as a Teaching Assistant for the Morehead Honors College and the Linguistics Department.

Michael currently serves as the president of the Linguistics Society at UGA (LSUGA) and Associate Editor for their Working Papers Journal.
